What's in the Media panel
- Every photo and video submitted by participants during the event, in real time.
- Metadata for each piece of media, player, team, checkpoint, and timestamp.
- Filter by team, checkpoint, or activity to find specific moments.
- A grid view for browsing and a detail view for reviewing individual photos or videos.
What you can do with media
- Download single files or the full event gallery (photos and videos) as a zip after the event.
- Project a live media feed on a screen at the venue for shared moments.
- Hide inappropriate submissions, hidden photos are removed from leaderboards and feeds.
- Reuse the gallery in recap emails, social posts, or sponsor reports.
Privacy & retention
- Media is anonymized 24 hours after the event ends, player names and identifying metadata are stripped.
- All media is permanently deleted from our servers 30 days after the event ends.
- If you want to keep photos or videos, download them as soon as possible after the event, ideally within the first 24 hours while metadata is still attached.
