Where consent is granted, ReadySet, Event Organizers, and authorized partners may use approved content for:

• Testimonials
• Promotional materials

Consent preferences are recorded and managed within the Services.

Participants may withdraw consent where required by law, subject to limitations relating to materials already published.

ReadySet may integrate with:

This information is processed solely for gameplay, reporting, analytics, and engagement purposes.

These features are an intended part of the Services.

Participant identifiers may be deleted approximately 30 days after Event completion.

Customer account information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services and comply with legal obligations.

ReadySet may generate and retain anonymized, de-identified, statistical, and aggregated information derived from the Services.

Such information is not intended to identify individual Participants.
