ReadySet Acceptable Use Policy

Users must use the Services:

• Lawfully
• Responsibly
• Respectfully
• Safely
• In good faith

Users are responsible for all content, Events, communications, and activities conducted through their use of the Services.

Users must not create, promote, encourage, or participate in activities that:

• Endanger participants
• Encourage reckless behavior
• Encourage self-harm
• Encourage violence
• Encourage criminal activity
• Encourage dangerous stunts
• Encourage trespassing
• Encourage property damage
• Interfere with emergency services

Event Organizers are responsible for ensuring Events are reasonably safe and appropriate for their intended audience.

ReadySet supports location-based gameplay.

Users must not:

• Direct participants into unsafe environments
• Direct participants into restricted areas
• Encourage violations of traffic laws
• Encourage unsafe interaction with vehicles
• Encourage entry into private property without permission
• Create Events that unreasonably endanger participants

Participants remain responsible for their own decisions and actions during gameplay.

Users must not:

• Harass others
• Threaten others
• Bully others
• Stalk others
• Intimidate others
• Encourage harassment
• Target individuals based on protected characteristics

ReadySet is intended to support positive, engaging experiences.

Users must not use the Services to:

• Commit crimes
• Facilitate crimes
• Organize unlawful activities
• Promote unlawful conduct
• Violate sanctions laws
• Violate export control laws
• Circumvent legal requirements

Users must respect intellectual property rights.

Users may not upload, publish, distribute, or use content that:

• Infringes copyrights
• Infringes trademarks
• Infringes patents
• Violates licensing restrictions
• Misappropriates proprietary information

Users are responsible for obtaining rights and permissions necessary for content used in Events.

Users may not upload content that:

• Is unlawful
• Is fraudulent
• Is defamatory
• Is obscene
• Is sexually explicit
• Is abusive
• Is hateful
• Is discriminatory
• Is misleading
• Violates privacy rights

ReadySet may remove content at its discretion where reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, or the Services.

Users must not upload media that:

• Violates applicable law
• Violates privacy rights
• Violates intellectual property rights
• Contains unlawful content
• Contains non-consensual intimate imagery
• Contains abusive or harassing content

Event Organizers are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate permissions where required.

Where Events involve schools, educational institutions, minors, or youth organizations:

• Event Organizers are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions
• Event Organizers are responsible for complying with applicable educational requirements
• Event Organizers are responsible for ensuring Event content is age-appropriate

Users must not:

• Cheat
• Manipulate rankings
• Exploit bugs
• Abuse scoring systems
• Interfere with Events
• Circumvent Event rules

ReadySet may investigate suspected abuse and take corrective action.

Users must not:

• Falsify location information
• Use GPS spoofing tools
• Manipulate device location settings to gain unfair advantages
• Circumvent location validation mechanisms

ReadySet may invalidate scores, remove content, suspend users, or terminate access where manipulation is detected.

Users must not:

• Attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with Services
• Disrupt systems
• Introduce malware
• Probe vulnerabilities
• Circumvent security controls
• Reverse engineer the Services except where expressly permitted by law

Users must not use AI tools, automation, scripts, bots, or other technologies to:

• Abuse the Services
• Generate spam
• Circumvent platform restrictions
• Manipulate Events
• Mislead participants
• Create fraudulent content

Users remain responsible for AI-generated content they publish through the Services.

Users may not:

• Create multiple accounts to obtain additional free trials
• Circumvent usage limits
• Circumvent participant limits
• Circumvent subscription requirements
• Abuse promotional offers
• Create multiple organizations for the purpose of avoiding fees

ReadySet may suspend or terminate accounts involved in such activity.

Agencies, partners, resellers, and white-label customers are responsible for ensuring their clients comply with this AUP.

ReadySet may take action against both the account holder and associated users where violations occur.

ReadySet may investigate suspected violations of this AUP.

Where reasonably necessary, ReadySet may:

• Remove content
• Suspend Events
• Restrict functionality
• Disable accounts
• Terminate access
• Report unlawful conduct to authorities

ReadySet is not obligated to monitor all activity but reserves the right to do so.

Suspected violations may be reported to support@playreadyset.com.

Please provide sufficient information to allow investigation.

ReadySet may update this AUP from time to time.

Material changes may be communicated through the Services, email, website notices, or other reasonable means.

Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
