Google Workspace
Purpose: email communications, customer support, internal collaboration, contract management, and operational communications.
Services may include: Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Meet.

Slack
Purpose: internal collaboration, customer support coordination, incident management, and operational communications.

Intercom
Purpose: customer support, customer communications, user onboarding, and support ticket management.

Purpose: transactional email delivery, account notifications, and service communications.
