Support Chat

Support Chat is the built-in messaging channel between you (the organizer) and your participants during a live event. It's the fastest way to answer a question, unblock a team, or send a heads-up to the whole group.

How it works

  • Participants tap the support icon in the ReadySet app to start a conversation.
  • Their messages land in your Support Chat inbox, sorted by most recent.
  • Reply in real time; participants see your messages instantly in-app.
  • Reach out first, as the organizer you can open a direct chat with any individual player to share info or check in if they look stuck.
  • Broadcast announcements to the whole event or to a specific team.

When to use it

  • A player or team can't activate a checkpoint and needs guidance.
  • Someone joined late and needs the event code or team assignment.
  • You want to push a quick reminder, "15 minutes left" or "head to the meeting point."
  • A participant reports an issue you need to follow up on after the event.
