Why we rebuilt

ReadySet has evolved. The website finally catches up.

What started as a platform for creating scavenger-hunt-style multiplayer experiences has grown into a broader ecosystem for team-building, brand activations, exploration, and real-world gameplay.

The new site reflects that shift. This redesign was not only about visuals — it was about creating a clearer, more helpful experience for organizers, agencies, participants, and the teams trying to figure out what ReadySet can become for them.

A better way to discover ReadySet

Less landing page. More a way in.

The new site is built around what people actually need to do when they arrive — explore, plan, get help, or pitch a stakeholder.

  • Clearer positioning

We lead with what ReadySet actually feels like — multiplayer, in the real world — instead of feature lists.

  • Improved navigation

Use-cases, solutions, and editorial content each have a real home, not a footer link.

  • Better onboarding

First-time visitors can see how an experience is built, run, and remembered in just a few scrolls.

  • Experiential storytelling

Case studies, inspiration, and playbooks now show the texture of an event, not just the metrics.

The same editorial layer, in your hands — designed to feel right on every screen.

A full educational ecosystem

Expanded Insights and resources, in one editorial home.

The new site doesn't just describe ReadySet — it teaches it. Six distinct surfaces, each with its own pace and purpose.

Case Studies

Real events, real outcomes — from Silverstone to brand activations across Europe.

Event Inspiration

A growing library of formats, themes, and creative directions you can pull from on day one.

Playbooks

Step-by-step blueprints for the experiences organizers ask us about most.

Blog

Product updates, perspectives, and field notes from the ReadySet team.

Help Center

Operational answers for the moments right before, during, and after an event.

FAQ & Knowledge Base

A searchable, evergreen layer covering setup, gameplay, devices, and edge cases.

A modern Help Center

Designed to reduce friction and grow organizer confidence.

The Help Center is no longer a list of docs. It pairs an AI-powered support layer with a curated Knowledge Base, so the answer to "how do I run this on Friday" arrives in seconds — not in an inbox queue.

The goal is simple: every organizer should feel like they have a quiet expert sitting beside them, from the first concept call to the final leaderboard.

  • AI-powered support

Ask in plain language — get a precise, sourced answer.

  • Knowledge Base

Curated articles covering setup, gameplay, and edge cases.

  • Onboarding articles

Guided paths for first-time organizers and agency teams.

  • Gameplay guidance

How to design checkpoints, squads, and momentum that lands.

Feedback & feature requests

Building ReadySet together with the people who use it.

The new Feedback page is a direct line into the roadmap. Organizers can request features, suggest new activities and challenges, and tell us where the product still feels rough.

Some of our favourite gameplay mechanics started as one-line messages from event organizers. We wanted that loop to feel obvious — not buried behind a support form.

"The best product ideas we've shipped this year came from people running events on a Friday night."

Improved support for agencies & enterprise

Made for the people delivering branded gameplay at scale.

The agency surface is now a first-class part of the site, with clearer flows for partnerships, white-label, and production-ready experiences.

  • White-label support

Run experiences entirely under your client's brand — colours, logo, voice.

  • Branded experiences

Custom themes, challenges, and storylines designed around a campaign or activation.

  • Agency flows

Workflows built for repeatable production: brief, build, deliver, debrief.

  • Scalable multiplayer

From a 30-person team day to thousands of participants across multiple cities.

Built for what ReadySet is becoming

A foundation for flexible, AI-assisted, real-world gameplay.

The next chapter of ReadySet leans into flexible multiplayer formats, AI-assisted event creation, scalable branded activations, and gameplay that adapts to the room it's in.

The new site is the foundation for that — not the finish line. Expect more updates, more inspiration, and more ways to build experiences people actually remember.
