The venue is the platform.
We make it playable.

Circuits, stadiums, tournament grounds, and everything in between, mapped as a live playing field with gameplay timed to the run of show. Silverstone did exactly this across 21 nights of Lap of Lights.

Checkpoint success bullseye reward

Why rights holders use it

Built for operations, not just engagement decks.

Live sport is a production problem before it is a content problem. ReadySet is the layer that maps your venue, respects your run of show, and gives commercial teams inventory they can actually report on.

Venue-scale mapping

Circuits, bowls, concourses, paddocks and car parks mapped into zones with checkpoints where you want footfall.

Repeatable across the calendar

Set the format once and reuse it every fixture, race weekend, or tour stop with fresh content each time.

Sponsor inventory you can measure

Missions, zones and prize moments sold as named assets, reported back with participation and completion numbers.

Broadcast and big-screen tie-ins

Leaderboard reveals, live results and crowd moments cut into the in-venue feed and the broadcast window.

Dwell and concourse management

Move crowds toward the quieter gates, retail and food zones by pointing gameplay at them mid-event.

No custom app build

Delivered inside the ReadySet app, so there is no bespoke development cycle or app-store approval on the critical path.

HOW A LIVE EVENT PLAYS

Ticket to entry code. Entry code to big screen.

Distributed on tickets, screens and signage, timed to the run of show, and closed out with a leaderboard moment in front of the crowd.

  1. 01
Welcome screen with event join code entry

Entry code on tickets and screens

Printed on the ticket, shown on the concourse screens, read out on the PA. Attendees join without an account.

  2. 02
Team join screen with QR code and teammates

Enter as a group or solo

Cars, blocks, hospitality tables or lone visitors, all entered onto the same board with the same rules.

  3. 03
Multiplayer map with teammates and checkpoints

The venue appears as a map

Zones, gates, checkpoints and partner activations plotted across the circuit, bowl, or tournament grounds.

  4. 04
    Photo challenge prompt

    Missions follow the action

Challenges open and close with the schedule, so gameplay never competes with what is happening on track or on pitch.

  5. 05
    Live event leaderboard

    Leaderboard on the big screen

Standings feed the in-venue screens for a finale moment the crowd sees together before they head for the exits.

Easy for the venue team

You own the run of show. We slot into it.

Mapping and content are built with your venue and event teams, timed against the schedule, steered live from a control room, and rolled out across every stop on the calendar.

  • Mapped with your venue team

Site walk, zone plan, access rules and safety constraints built into the game design before anyone plays.

  • Timed to the run of show

Windows open at gates, between sessions, and through the interval, and close before the action restarts.

  • Live control room

Pause a zone, extend a window, push a sponsor moment, and feed results to the big screen as the event runs.

  • Tour and multi-venue ready

One format, many venues. Race weekend here, stadium there, tournament grounds next month, same platform.

Venue-scale proof

A Formula 1 circuit, mapped and played for 21 nights.

Silverstone's Lap of Lights became a drive-through treasure hunt across the circuit: checkpoints mapped on track, gameplay themed to the venue, and tens of thousands of visitors playing it from the driver's seat, all without commissioning a standalone app.

  • Mapped across a live circuit

Checkpoints placed along the racing line and around the grounds, designed to work with vehicle flow and venue access rules.

  • Operationally repeatable

21 consecutive nights of gameplay, running alongside the venue's own production without a parallel workstream.

  • Branded, not bolted on

Theming and narrative written for Silverstone, delivered through the ReadySet app instead of a bespoke build.
